Heather McQueen works in pencil, watercolor, pen and ink, and linoleum block prints. Her subject matter comes from the plant kingdom and household artifacts of the early to mid 20th century. The plant subjects offer a mini universe for her to examine in drawings and watercolors. The household artifacts present an opportunity to explore an unwritten history unique to each object.
